She is passionate about helping adults unleash their true potential through change and education and has developed and delivered seminars to employees from various businesses.

Pauline Wade is a senior business management and finance executive with extensive experience in Human Resource Management, Accounting, finance, Budgeting, Cost Management and Control, Project Management and Offshore Financial Services.
Dr. Minerva Pinelo
Over the past thirteen years, Dr. Minerva Anita Pinelo has worked in various capacities in governmental, private, and non-governmental sectors in Belize. As a higher education practitioner, she gained experience in pedagogy, project management, policy and procedure writing and communications.
